I would suggest all of you to forward the email to phishing@linkedin.com so that we hammer this all down together. If it's the email address of the person, then they clearly just emailed you directly. I'm worried that this is a bigger issue where someone might have access to my email, but i've since. This subreddit is not maintained nor run by linkedin proper.
Truesorry for the stupid question, but i'm not sure even after googling because all i get is warnings about phishing scams that aren't exactly related. The from address will be xxx@linkedin.com in that case. Usually i get one or two. This is a platform for members and visitors to explore and learn about osint, including various tactics.
Or get linkedin's attention to solve this issue.
