Has anyone succeeded in defining this location when mysql resides on a linux server? Any chance of a text only version, or better yet as a webmin module? Heidisql is a free and powerful client for mariadb, mysql, microsoft sql server, postgresql, sqlite and interbase/firebird
Since the new heidi version and using the new plink, i get this error when i ssl to my aws database. Thrilled about the linux release. In preferences heidi is looking for mysql.exe.
The ssl part seems to work since i get the do you want to add this. Did the credentials you got include a hostname or ip address? If yes, does it point to some server outside your private network? And in moste cases i actually want this to be present.
The crash is a stream read error, and it's caused by a malformed file encoding. Also in the create/alter tab i cant see that. If the credentials contain a note about localhost or 127.0.0.1,. How can i force heidi to add the if not exists part in the exports.
I'm trying to setup the heidi command line programs. Today window just disappears after i click open (session). Screenshots of different parts of heidisql in action. When i do it more and more, new processes run, but i see no.
Everything worked like a charm for ages.
