I have a hp victus 16 s0004ns, i have had a big problem for a long time. I’ve been using my hp omen 17 without issues until recently, when the cooling fans began stopping at random. The 1st step i made sure both fans had proper connection and they are. My hp omen 15 ek0013dx power light is on fans are spinning but display is off display came once was written bios files not found.
My hp omen max 16 gaming laptop seems to always have the fans spinning at around 1900 rpm, even when it's in low power mode or when i disable the nvidia gpu.
